Our Company will immediately notify it’s clients of any incidents no matter how small and will follow-up with a written report within 3 business days. Such incidences include injuries to employees, damage to company equipment, or any fires
incident reports must (at minimum) specify:
- Who was involved in the incident / Who witnessed the incident
- What happened
- When did it happen
- Where did the incident take place
- Why/How did the incident occur
Resolution / Corrective action taken to handle the incident
